  • View Cart will come up.   Here you decided if you want to continue shopping or check out
  • If you want to buy another product click continue shopping simply repeat the process above.
  • Click on Check Out when you are finished and type in your name, address, and the information needed to finish the transaction.

**The main difference between http:// and https:// is It's all about keeping you secure**

 HTTP stands for HyperText Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in

a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and

clients.

The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference

between HTTP and HTTPS.

 

The S (big surprise) stands for "Secure".

If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following: http://.

This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular 'unsecure' language. In other words, it is possible for someone to "eavesdrop" on your computer's conversation with the website. If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.

This is why you never ever enter your credit card number in an http website!

 But if the web address begins with https://, that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can

eavesdrop on.

 If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with

https://. If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number.

After placing your order, you will receive a email with a copy of your order.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • When you desire your package shipped to another address than your billing address, To prevent fraud I need to speak with you personally.
  • We cannot ship Pepper Spray out of the continental United States.
  • We cannot ship to a post office box.
  • We cannot ship to states that have restrictions, New Jersey, New York, Massachusettes,  Michigan, & Wisconsin.
  • We cannot sell to anyone under 18 years of age.

Shipping Policy:

To keep our prices down, we ship USPS .  All Pepper Spray shipping must be ground therefore it is slower.  We cannot send it priority mail as it is air.

ALL Orders are shipped within 1 business day unless we contact you as Out of Stock items take two days longer as does most Home Security Products.  We do not stock Home Security Items and therefore it will take an additional 2 days.

  • Orders received during the weekend will be sent Monday.
  • The minimum charge is $6. ground delivery USPS. If the order is large we will send it UPS ground. 
  • Orders should arrive in 5 - 10 days depending in what part of the country you live in.  
  • If you order by phone or email paying by check there will be additional delay until your check clears.

Return Policy:

To return a product,

  • you must first send an e-mail to dgsales@peacemakerpepperspray.com for an authorization # and special return instructions. 
  • Returns must have an authorization # on the outside of the package.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request to return it with 7 days of the date you received for a refund less the shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee provided it is in it's orginal package.
  • You may request a return up to 30 days to return a non-defective product for a store credit, less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The return must be in original package. The store credit is for merchandise only.
  • You may return a product if it becomes defective within its warranty period for a free replacement.  There is a shipping and handling fee of $5.
  • If you return a defective product and request a refund instead of replacement there will be a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable.
  • When a delivery is refused or undeliverable and the product is returned to us, the customer will receive a refund less cost of original and return shipping.
